“You get what you pay for”

This place is close to everything, could use upgrades, overall you get what you pay for, needs to be more customers oriented, and taught how to treat a guest, the morning hired room service has a major attitude problem, rooms need to be more ready for the guest, maintenance and repair before arrival ,

After showing my passport to the receptionist I was refused entry and was asked to vacate the premises. Firstly the staff here is greatly. Nikoshan the receptionist was very helpful and the other lady in cleaning as well as the other night receptionist was great too. was mostly out for meetings, so didn't spend much time at the hotel, but i found it to be good value for the money paid, and it's centrally located in Hawally so i didn't have too much problem in commuting. good staff and excellent room service
