The service was terrible and the bedroom smelt like poo.I nearly got killed by the man at the service desk for arguing🤬The breakfast was all so no good it was a real waste of money the bed was like it came from a garbage disposal it was really utterly terrible
Good rooms with an affordable price,nice location and superb service from staffs.The hotel is located near to the Al Sabkha bus station and the Metro station is a walking distance from the hotel. Also can spend time in Abra which is beautiful to watch at night.
We stayed here for a couple of nights while we were visiting Dubai. The entire experience from check-in to check-out left us with a bad experience. Check-in was very slow and our room was not ready even though we came in the evening to the hotel. The room was also not clean and looked in a bad condition.
We stayed for four night. When we arrived they asked more money than it was in our booking confirmation. They said that as its New Year Eve, we can´t have the room with the same price as we booked. After long time arguing we finally get the same price as we booked, but then it starts the same thing with extra bed. W…
