Recently stayed overnight. Location is brilliant for any of the theatres and Covent Garden. We arrived slightly early for check-in by Tyrone who was absolutely charming and a total credit to the hotel. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Really couldn't ask for anything, brilliant stay, stunning hotel .
