We are a family project, born from the desire to create a different kind of seaside resort. A quiet corner, a space for reconnection. We wanted to keep it simple—in form, materials, energy—but at the same time offer the comfort of a stay thought out down to the last detail. Out of respect for our local roots, we wanted the design to be in a refined Pontic style, reinterpreted in a contemporary, calm, and bright aesthetic. Warm wood, natural stone, microcement finishes in shades of sand, applied uniformly in the living room, bedroom, and bathrooms, all for an air of quiet and rustic nobility. Everything breathes: the space, the material, the light. Just a few steps from the sea, in an untouched corner of the beach, our houses line up like a well-kept secret. A holiday village created from the desire to slow down, live in the present, and reconnect.
