Check-in: Please arrive at reception via the front driveway, located on Acacia Avenue, adjacent to Ferny Avenue. The reservation team will send you the hotels' online check-in process containing a link to register your details, where you may select your arrival time. The online check-in procedure must be completed in full to avoid any delay in physical check-in to your room.
