Frequently Asked Questions

In Dubai, ABCC is inside WAFI Mall (Level 1, Phase 5, Umm Hurair 2); in Abu Dhabi, ABCC is at The Mall, World Trade Center (Level B2). We book your time, share the centre’s do-and-don’t checklist, and prepare your passport + appointment printouts so your visit is quick.

Biometrics are provided after you receive Home Affairs’ formal request. We’ll watch your ImmiAccount for that letter and schedule you promptly—no guesswork, no missed windows.

We handle the heavy lifting: ImmiAccount setup, forms, document indexing, ABCC appointment, health/character requests, and ongoing case tracking. If you appoint us as your authorised recipient (Form 956A), we’ll receive Department correspondence on your behalf and keep you notified in real time.

Visit us at 408 Nasser Lootah Building, Bur Dubai or Office 301A, API Tower, Trade Center. We also offer free document pick-up & drop in nearby Dubai areas (simple courier for farther locations) so you can do most of the process from home.

For Visitor 600 (tourist stream), Home Affairs may grant up to 12 months total stay; for eVisitor/ETA, individual entries are usually up to 3 months at a time. Your grant notice sets the rules; we’ll translate them for you before you book flights.

We also brief you on re-entry, number of visits, and any conditions. When in doubt, we run a VEVO check so you have the official answer in writing.

Yes. Applications are online worldwide; what matters is attending ABCC with a valid passport and the biometrics request letter when asked. We’ll book you at Dubai or Abu Dhabi ABCC and prepare your documents for that visit.

If your stay in the UAE is short, we’ll time biometrics and decision windows to your travel so you’re not stuck without your passport when you need to fly.

Some applicants are asked for health examinations (depends on age, duration, and risk factors). If required, your ImmiAccount generates a HAP ID and we book you with an approved panel clinic—no paper chasing.

For character, Home Affairs may request police certificates after you apply. We’ll flag if your travel/work history makes that likely and help you obtain the correct certificates to specification.

Apply online through Australia’s official ImmiAccount: we set it up (or manage it as your authorized recipient), complete your forms, attach documents, and submit your application the compliant way. After you lodge, Home Affairs may ask you to give biometrics; we’ll guide you step-by-step.

We also handle the logistics around your biometrics letter, book your slot at the Australian Biometrics Collection Centre (ABCC) in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, and keep you updated until a decision is issued in your ImmiAccount

Processing is variable and published by Home Affairs in a live Global processing times tool. We check your category’s current range before we submit and set realistic expectations (processing time excludes your biometrics scheduling).

Our edge is completeness: we front-load a clean application so it can move without avoidable requests—then monitor your file and nudge actions the day they appear.

It depends on your passport. Many European passports use eVisitor (651); a separate group (e.g., certain Asia-Pacific passports) can use the ETA (601) app; everyone else typically applies for the Visitor (600). We check your nationality and route you to the right option before we build your case.

All three pathways are online. If you’re ETA- or eVisitor-eligible we’ll use the official channels; otherwise we lodge a Visitor 600 in your ImmiAccount and assemble the proofs officers expect to see.

Australia uses electronic visas—no label is placed in your passport. Your visa grant notice is emailed/posted in ImmiAccount and your status can be checked anytime via VEVO. We give you a travel pack with your grant letter and VEVO check for airlines/immigration.

Because it’s digital, it’s vital you travel on the same passport used in your application. If you renew your passport, tell us early so we can update details before you fly.

For a Visitor 600 (tourist stream), expect: valid passport, recent bank statements/funds, evidence of employment or business in the UAE, travel purpose/itinerary, and (if requested) health/character documents. We’ll tailor the list to your profile and label uploads exactly how Home Affairs likes to see them.

If your case includes family travel, we align everyone’s files (consents, relationship proofs) so the story is consistent—this reduces back-and-forth after you lodge.
