Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, absolutely. As long as you have a valid UAE residence visa (employment, spouse, investor, or any other category), you can apply for an Angola visa from Dubai. You don't need to be a UAE citizen—expats working in Dubai are our most common clients for Angola visas. We process applications for people from all nationalities living in the UAE, and you can submit your application through us without leaving your office or home.

You'll need a valid passport with at least six months validity, a completed visa application form, two recent passport-sized photographs (4x6 cm), proof of accommodation in Angola (hotel booking or invitation letter), proof of financial means (bank statements from the last three months), a copy of your UAE residence visa, and your employment letter or proof of income. If you're traveling for business, you may also need an invitation letter from the Angolan company. Our team will provide you with a complete checklist when you contact us, and we can guide you through gathering each document.

The standard processing time for an Angola visa application is 5 to 7 working days from the date of submission to the Angolan embassy in Abu Dhabi. However, expedited processing of 2 to 3 working days is also available if you need your visa urgently, though this comes with an additional fee. We'll submit your application immediately after collection and keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the process, so you'll know exactly where your application stands.

Our visa processing fee starts at AED 350, which includes our consultation and submission to the embassy. The embassy's visa fee itself varies depending on the visa type and validity (typically AED 400 to AED 800 for tourists), and you'll pay this separately. We also offer FREE pickup and delivery of your documents anywhere in Dubai, so you don't need to travel to the embassy or visa centre yourself—we handle the entire process for you.

Angola does not currently offer a standard visa-on-arrival facility for most nationalities, so it's essential to obtain your visa before you travel from Dubai. Applying in advance also gives you peace of mind and eliminates the risk of being denied entry at Luanda International Airport. We recommend applying at least two weeks before your intended travel date to avoid any last-minute stress.

You don't need to visit the embassy or any visa centre in person—that's the beauty of working with us. We collect your documents from your home or office in Dubai at no extra charge, verify everything is complete, and submit your entire application on your behalf to the Angolan embassy in Abu Dhabi. You'll only need to meet us for a brief document handover or we can arrange courier pickup, depending on your preference.

Yes, Angola does issue multiple-entry visas, which are valid for multiple trips within the validity period (typically one or two years depending on your request). Multiple-entry visas are slightly more expensive than single-entry visas but are ideal if you plan to visit Angola several times. When you contact us, let us know if you need multiple-entry, and we'll ensure your application specifies this and quote you the correct fee.

If your application is rejected, the embassy will return your documents and usually provide a reason for the refusal. Common reasons include incomplete documentation, insufficient financial proof, or unclear travel purpose. We'll review the rejection reason with you, help you address the issues, and resubmit your application at a discounted rate—we believe in supporting our clients through the entire process until they get approved.

Angola currently does not have an operational e-visa system; all visas are issued as traditional sticker visas stamped in your passport. This means you must submit your physical passport to the embassy, which we collect from you in Dubai and return once the visa is approved. The entire process is handled by our team, so the only inconvenience is handing over your passport for approximately one week.

You can reach us via WhatsApp, call, or visit our office in Bur Dubai to discuss your Angola visa needs. Have your passport details, intended travel dates, accommodation plans in Angola, and current employment information ready when you contact us. We'll provide an initial consultation at no cost, answer all your questions, give you an exact quote including both our fee and the embassy fee, and arrange a convenient time for document collection in Dubai.
