Application for Turkey visa!

Not completely — the Turkish visa centre in Dubai requires the applicant to submit the application in person, so Green Apple Travel & Tourism cannot lodge it on your behalf. What we do take off your hands is everything around that appointment: we check your passport and supporting documents, prepare and review the application form, send you an exact checklist for your nationality, and help you book your appointment slot. You go to the visa centre once to submit, and our consultants stay with you on WhatsApp from the first document review right through to the decision on your passport.

For a standard Turkey tourist visa, you'll need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), a completed visa application form, one passport-sized photograph, proof of accommodation in Turkey (hotel booking or Airbnb confirmation), proof of financial means (bank statement or salary certificate), travel itinerary, and travel insurance covering at least €30,000. If you're employed in the UAE, an employment letter from your company on official letterhead is also required. Send us scanned copies by email or WhatsApp first — we'll review the full set against the checklist for your nationality, flag anything weak before it costs you a refusal, and tell you exactly which originals to carry with you to the visa centre on the day of your appointment.

The total depends on your nationality, the visa type and the number of entries, and the consulate's own charges change from time to time — so rather than publish a figure that goes out of date, we issue an itemised quote for your case. Standard Turkey visa processing takes 7 to 14 working days from the day you submit your application at the visa centre in Dubai. That timeline is set by the Turkish consulate, not by us, and there is no guaranteed express or fast-track tier — anyone promising a 2 or 3 day approval is not being straight with you. Peak periods such as summer and Eid can run longer, so plan to book your appointment at least three to four weeks before you travel. Once your file is lodged we keep you updated on WhatsApp or email.

There is no general Turkey e-Visa. The e-Visa is open only to travellers who already hold a valid USA, UK, Schengen or Ireland visa — a UAE residence visa on its own does not make you eligible. Everyone else needs a sticker (consular) visa issued through the Turkish Consulate General in Dubai, which is what the great majority of our clients apply for. We prepare and review your file and help you book the appointment; you attend the visa centre in person to submit it, and the sticker visa is placed in your passport.

If your visa is rejected, we'll provide you with a detailed explanation of the refusal reason and help you understand what went wrong. We offer a free consultation to identify gaps in your application — whether it's insufficient financial proof, unclear travel purpose, or documentation issues — and will guide you on strengthening your case for a reapplication. Many rejections can be overcome with better documentation or clarification, and we've successfully helped clients reapply and get approved after their first attempt.

Turkey visas issued from the UAE are typically single-entry tourist visas, meaning you can enter Turkey once and stay for up to 90 days within that entry. If you need a multiple-entry visa, this is possible but requires specific justification (such as business travel or frequent visits) and must be requested at the time of application with supporting documentation. When you contact us, let us know your travel plans, and we'll advise whether a multiple-entry visa is feasible and what additional documents you'd need to provide.

You don't have to be a UAE citizen, but you do need to be physically based in the UAE with a valid UAE residency or valid visa to apply through our Dubai office — and you'll need to be in the country on the day of your visa-centre appointment, since the application is submitted in person. If you're an expat living in Dubai on a tourist visa, employment visa, or family sponsorship, we can prepare your Turkey visa application. However, if you're visiting Dubai temporarily, we'd recommend checking your visa status with us first via WhatsApp to confirm eligibility before you book an appointment.

No — the Turkish visa centre requires the applicant to attend and submit the application in person, so a family member, colleague or friend cannot lodge it for you, and neither can we on your behalf. You'll need to be in the UAE on your appointment date, which is why it's worth booking the slot around your travel plans rather than the other way round. What we can take off your hands is everything before and after the visit: document review, application preparation, booking the appointment, and following up on your file — all handled remotely by email or WhatsApp, so the visit to the centre is the only point where you're needed.

Turkey does not offer visa-on-arrival for UAE residents — you must obtain a visa before travelling.
