Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, absolutely. As an expat residing in the UAE with a valid UAE residence visa (any category — employment, sponsorship, investor, or visit), you can apply for a Morocco visa through our office in Bur Dubai. You'll need your passport, UAE residence visa copy, and proof of accommodation in Morocco, along with other standard documents. We handle the entire process from Dubai, so you don't need to travel to the Moroccan Embassy or a visa centre.

You'll need your original passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date), a completed visa application form, a colour passport photograph (4x6 cm), proof of accommodation in Morocco (hotel booking or invitation letter), proof of financial means (bank statements from the last 3 months), return flight tickets, travel insurance covering at least USD 30,000, and a copy of your UAE residence visa. If you're employed, provide a no-objection letter (NOC) or salary certificate from your employer in the UAE.

Standard processing takes 5 to 7 working days from the date we submit your documents to the Moroccan visa centre in Dubai. If you need it urgently, we offer expedited processing (3 working days) for an additional fee. Rush applications are subject to approval based on your eligibility and document completeness. We'll confirm the exact timeline when you contact us on WhatsApp or visit our Bur Dubai office.

The base visa fee starts at AED 600, which includes our service fee for document preparation, submission, and tracking. Expedited processing (if needed) costs extra. We also offer FREE pickup and delivery of your passport and documents anywhere in Dubai, so there are no hidden transportation costs. The final amount depends on your visa type (single or multiple entry) and processing speed — we'll provide a detailed quote once you share your requirements.

Morocco does offer a visa-free entry for many nationalities for up to 90 days, so it depends on your passport. However, if your nationality requires a visa or you want a multi-entry visa for business purposes, applying in advance from Dubai is safer and faster. We strongly recommend applying before travel to avoid any rejection at the airport, especially if you're planning multiple visits or a longer stay. Contact us via WhatsApp to confirm if you need a pre-arranged visa or can travel visa-free.

No, you don't have to be present at all. We offer a complete door-to-door service — we'll collect your documents from your home or office in Dubai, prepare and submit them to the visa centre on your behalf, and then deliver your stamped passport back to you. You only need to provide scanned copies of your documents initially and sign any required forms. This service is included in our AED 600 base fee with no extra charges for pickup and delivery.

A single-entry visa allows you to enter Morocco once and stay for up to 90 days; a multiple-entry visa lets you enter and exit Morocco several times within the validity period (usually one year), each time for up to 90 days. If you're planning one trip, single-entry is cheaper and faster. If you're a frequent traveler, live near Morocco, or do business there, multiple-entry is better value. We'll advise you on which is best for your travel plans when you share your itinerary.

If rejected, the visa centre will return your documents to us with a reason (usually insufficient funds, incomplete documents, or travel history concerns). We'll analyze the rejection reason and advise you on how to strengthen your application — this might mean getting additional bank statements, a stronger invitation letter, or travel insurance. Many rejections can be appealed with corrected documents, and we'll guide you through the resubmission process without charging another full service fee.

Yes, a representative (family member, friend, or colleague) can submit documents to us, but you must sign the application form and provide your original or notarized passport copy. You cannot authorize someone else to sign the visa form itself. Since we offer free pickup and delivery in Dubai, most clients find it easier to let us handle everything — you just sign once, and we manage the rest without needing a power of attorney or additional authorization.

Morocco currently does not offer an e-visa; you must obtain a sticker visa stamped in your physical passport by the embassy or an authorized visa centre. We submit your application to the official Moroccan visa centre in Dubai (VFS Global or BLS International), and they will affix the visa sticker directly into your passport. The visa is then delivered back to you within the processing timeframe, so you'll have the official stamp ready for travel.
