Terrible service. Firstly, they booked me into the Netherlands when the agent didn't even know the Netherlands doesn't accept Russian passports, and from April to July, I lived in the belief that all the documents were ready and everything would be accepted. Two days before the application, they sent me someone else's documents with all their details, passport information, and ID. How irresponsible is that? Imagine if your documents were sent to someone else like that. Secondly, it turned out I couldn't even apply to the Netherlands, and the agent didn't know this, and it was impossible to find a date for the application two days in advance because everything was booked three months in advance. Somehow, they found a date for Switzerland, and of course, the documents were prepared, but again, they arrived with errors, and everything had to be double-checked. In the end, I still ran around the embassy, ​​desperately trying to find another document, because they had overlooked this. In the end, my visa was refused due to unsubstantiated documents. Before I told them I hadn't received my visa, I called every hotel, and my reservation wasn't listed anywhere. When I asked why, no one answered, saying it could be for any number of reasons, even though everyone I knew had received visas from other companies with the exact same documents and submission process. In the end, I recommend not wasting your time with these irresponsible people; don't even contact them. The director, Anfisa, processed my documents and ultimately couldn't get them done properly, and I don't understand why she's there.

This agency is a fraud. My friend paid 800aed for fake “paid” hotel and flight reservations, multiple mistakes in the documents, waste of 3 months time and a missed document required by the embassy. It would be much less stressful and efficient to do it ourselves. We checked with the hotels and the airlines - they confirmed that the reservations have never been made! And the agency does not admit their fault - they just keep lying, over and over again. We do not recommend this company to anyone.
