Ruema, the agent assigned to me, was exceptional. She was always ahead of the process, reaching out with updates, following up by email and WhatsApp, and keeping everything under control. She added my name to her list, and the moment an appointment opened, she contacted me immediately to secure it. Thanks to her effort, I got an appointment during a period when nothing was available.

Quite unbelievable...the Russian process visa is one of the most difficult and lenghty ones to go through, yet it became the simplest ever without even signing a single form!! I must admit that I was a bit dubious at first, since when something is too good to be True, it usually is, yet This formidable agency does it all for you with a customer service to die for!! Good service and a comfortable reception. They offer visa processing and insurance for multiple destinations. I applied for a visa to China myself. I was assisted by Ruema Ballacillo. My colleague applied for a visa to Russia about two months ago as well.
