Frequently Asked Questions

Share your passport scan, UAE status, and travel plan—then we build your file, book the VFS appointment, and prepare visa-compliant hotel and flight reservations plus travel insurance. We’ll sequence your documents exactly as the centre expects and give you a neat, ready-to-submit pack.
If you’ve given Schengen biometrics within the last 59 months, we can usually lodge on your behalf (subject to the specific consulate’s rules). If not, we’ll prep you for a short visit to the VFS VAC in WAFI Mall, Dubai, with everything printed, labeled, and in order.

We complete forms, book the VFS WAFI Mall appointment, prepare hotel/flight/insurance certificates, print and index every document, You focus on your trip; we handle the paper.

Visit us at 408 Nasser Lootah Building, Bur Dubai or Office 301A, API Tower, Trade Center. Prefer not to travel? Ask for our free pick-up & drop in nearby Dubai areas; for farther locations we’ll arrange a courier.

Use the “main destination / longest stay” rule: apply to the country where you’ll spend the most nights; if nights are equal, apply to the country of first entry. We’ll map your itinerary to the correct consulate so your file isn’t bounced for jurisdiction.

We’ll also align your purpose (tourism, business, family visit) with that country’s checklist nuances so the officer sees a consistent story from cover letter to bookings.

Bring the set you already ask customers for: passport (6+ months validity), UAE residence visa (at least 3 months beyond return), 3–6 months bank statements with bank stamp (we recommend ≥ AED 15,000 balance/flow), white-background photo, NOC from employer/sponsor, and English translations of marriage/birth certificates if a spouse/child travels with you.
We’ll provide the rest: application form completion, appointment booking, and visa-compliant hotel, ticket and insurance certificates. You’ll sign; we’ll submit (or accompany you) and track the file to passport return.

Bring 3–6 months of stamped personal statements that reflect your profile and trip cost. Where a sponsor is paying, include their stamped statements and a sponsor letter; if traveling as a family, we’ll align everyone’s docs so funds and bookings make sense together.
We’ll check that balances and salary credits are visible and match your itinerary—clean financials remove one of the most common refusal grounds.

By EU rule, most short-stay Schengen applications are decided in about 15 calendar days from lodge; some cases extend to 45 days when extra checks or documents are needed. We’ll advise realistic timing for your chosen consulate and season.

We monitor your file post-submission and escalate if the mission requests more documents, so there are no missed emails or delays.

You can apply up to 6 months before your trip (9 months for seafarers) and no later than 15 days before travel—earlier is always wiser in peak seasons. We’ll secure the earliest appointment and build your pack so you’re first-time right.

If your plans firm up late, we’ll still help—tighten the story in your cover letter and ensure your proofs (funds, leave, ties) are crystal-clear to support a timely decision.

Absolutely. For families, we prepare parental consent, translations, and aligned itineraries so decisions don’t split. For business, we refine your invitation, agenda, and company docs to each mission’s format.
If you’ve had a refusal before, we’ll rebuild the file—addressing the refusal points, strengthening proofs, and choosing the correct lead embassy under the main-destination rule. We present the officer a tidy, self-explanatory dossier.

Yes—we generate a visa-compliant insurance certificate for your dates and all Schengen countries. Policies must cover at least €30,000 for medical treatment and repatriation across the entire stay.

If your dates shift, we’ll reissue the certificate to match your new itinerary before the decision, keeping your file consistent end-to-end.
