Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, absolutely. All expats living and working in the UAE, regardless of nationality, can apply for an Umrah visa from Dubai. You'll need a valid passport, a completed application form, and a recent passport-sized photograph. We handle the entire process from our office in Bur Dubai, and you don't need to visit any visa centre in person since we submit your application directly on your behalf.

You'll need a copy of your valid passport (biodata page), a completed Umrah visa application form, one passport-sized photograph (4x6 cm), your UAE residence visa copy, and a filled-in declaration form. We accept scanned copies via email, so you don't need to send original documents or visit our office. Once we receive your documents electronically, we'll verify them and submit your application to the Saudi embassy's visa processing centre in Dubai.

Standard processing time is 5–7 working days from the date we submit your complete application to the visa centre in Dubai. During peak seasons like Ramadan, it may take up to 10 working days. We'll notify you via WhatsApp as soon as your visa is approved, and our free delivery service will bring the stamped passport to your home or office in Dubai at no extra cost.

The Umrah visa processing fee is AED 1200, which includes our service charges and the Saudi consulate fee. This price covers document verification, application submission to the Dubai visa centre, and free pickup and delivery of your passport within Dubai. There are no hidden charges, and the price is the same whether you apply for a single-entry or multiple-entry Umrah visa.

Yes, you can request a multiple-entry Umrah visa, which allows you to perform Umrah more than once during the visa's validity period. The cost remains AED 1200 regardless of single or multiple entries. Simply mention in your application form that you need a multiple-entry visa, and we'll ensure this requirement is clearly noted when submitting your documents to the Saudi consulate in Dubai.

You do not need to visit the visa centre at all. Green Apple Travel handles the entire submission process on your behalf, and you can stay at home or at work. Simply email us your scanned documents, and we'll collect your passport using our free pickup service, submit everything to the Saudi embassy's processing centre in Dubai, and deliver your approved visa back to you without any additional charges.

If your application is rejected by the Saudi consulate, we'll inform you immediately via WhatsApp with the reason for rejection. In most cases, rejections are due to missing or incomplete documents, which can be corrected and resubmitted. We offer a resubmission service at no additional processing fee if the rejection was due to a correction we can make; however, if new documents are required, those costs would apply separately.

Umrah visas are not available on arrival at Saudi airports; you must obtain one before travelling. Applying through Green Apple in Dubai ensures you have your visa stamped in your passport before you board your flight, avoiding any delays or complications at the airport. Our 5–7 day processing time gives you plenty of time to plan your travel, and you'll have peace of mind knowing your visa is approved before departure.

Yes, you can authorize a family member or friend to provide us with your documents and passport for the application process. However, since we offer free email submission and pickup service, most applicants simply scan their documents and email them to us directly, then we collect their passport from their Dubai address without requiring anyone to physically visit our office. This makes the process convenient even if you're travelling or busy.

Currently, Umrah visas are issued as sticker visas stamped directly in your passport by the Saudi consulate; e-visas are not available for Umrah. We ensure your visa is properly stamped and delivered to you in original form so you have it ready for travel. Once approved by the visa centre in Dubai, you'll receive your stamped passport through our free delivery service, and you can travel immediately without any further requirements.
