An excellent office and wonderful service, especially from Ms. Hanin and Mr. Ali, who possess refined taste, provide excellent information, and offer excellent service to clients in terms of paperwork, documents, and courteous treatment.
Honestly, I'd like to begin by thanking the employee, Hanin Ali, for her efforts in handling my case. I appreciate her excellent service, professionalism, and the smooth and accurate information she provided. Regarding the processing time, she said it would take a month, and the visa was issued after a month. Thank you, Hanin, and may God reward you.
Everything was done at the last minute, with no clear explanations. They told me to take the wrong photo format, and one document was missing, so I had to take and print it out on the spot.
I had to practically coax them into sending me information and documents. I mentioned that I had distant relatives in France who could arrange an invitation and host me in their home. But Ali said that wasn't necessary and instead arranged the tickets and reservations in Paris. Ultimately, my visa was denied.

A big Fat No for Mr. ALI in this company who is the most unprofessional and misbehaved person on earth. He called me and misbehaved with me although he was not even my consultant. He tried to interfare between me and My consultant out of no where.
If Mr Sajjad is not there do not fall for any other agent, I strongly recommend from my experience.
Make sure you pay them in there office as it takes alot of time for their lazy account department to reflect and verify your bank transfer..!

From moment 1 that I contacted this company I was amazed by their customer centric approach. Ali, our agent, was helpful in every step. Also they were able to do things that I couldn't do myself in the embassy.
Less than 5 days we received the Russian visa. And this without any action from our side. They came and pickup the passports, filled in all documents and when it was completed they brought the passports back to our home.
Really Ali I can't say how much I want to thank you.
