Built in 2009, the property comprises 7 guest rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, TV lounge, café, bar and a restaurant. Furthermore, Internet access, room service, laundry service and a car park are provided for guests. The rooms of the house each have their own colour and a Berber name to identify them. It is always a concern at the riad to make associations to all forms of Moroccan crafts. Rooms also feature modern comfort with individually regulated air conditioning on the 1st floor and an LCD TV with satellite/cable channels in all rooms. All rooms also feature an en suite bathroom with a shower, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set.
