Spread across three acres, the property features three distinct options: Texada, a fully self-contained retreat with a private hot tub on a screened deck; Saturna, a larger, private accommodation for couples, also with a private hot tub and spacious deck; and Salt Spring, ideal for up to three couples or smaller groups. Salt Spring can be combined with Saturna to accommodate up to ten guests, providing four bedrooms, two indoor bathrooms, two kitchens, two TV rooms, an outdoor bath/shower, extensive outdoor seating and dining areas, and a private hot tub on the top deck, all connected by a stairway. The entire Sutton Spring property can also be rented for functions and large groups of up to twelve. Located a short 10-minute walk from the shops and restaurants on Vincent Street and the lake precinct, Sutton Spring offers both seclusion and convenience.
