The hotel is an adaptive conversion of the iconic Clare Hotel and former Carlton & United Breweries administration building, offering 62 rooms across a diverse range of styles. Savvy travelers can expect exceptional hospitality and personalized service in an unpretentious setting—complete with a rooftop pool, meeting room, gym, day spa, and a plethora of dining experiences. The Clare Bar at the hotel reception playfully reinterprets its history as the 'pub' area of the Clare Hotel, creating a warm welcome for all guests. In collaboration with Unlisted Collection, three independent restaurants are offered: Automata by Clayton Wells, formerly of Momofuku Seiobo; Silvereye by Sam Miller, former executive sous chef at Noma (San Pellegrino World's Best New Restaurant); and Kensington Street Social by Jason Atherton, Michelin-starred British chef and longtime Unlisted Collection collaborator.
