Good stay The staff is amazing, always will to assist. We were impressed with the parking system and staff, very helpful.
Enjoyed our stay there and will always go there. Staff were friendly and very helpful and asking if they could help carry luggage and security displayed professionalism.

Everything was perfect and as advertised. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Breakfast options were also varied. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we will definitely be returning soon.
I have traveled a lot around the world and balmoral hotel did not meet its expectations. From the time I got into the hotel I did not get a greeting yet they were straight to the point in checking me in.
