I just arrived and was given my room- one of the nicest suites. The bed had just been used and was unmade. There was food everywhere and multiple bags of trash. Clearly no one cleaned the room. I am disgusted and very upset. It is 6:15 p.m. by the way.

We wanted to be there but our flight were cancelled. I will still choose them again if I still wanna travel there. They refunded us even though we have un-refundable tickets!
