“Worst experience ever.”

Avoid this place at all costs. I am amazed that they are still open. What you see on Booking.com and TripAdvisor is the furthest from the truth!!! “An experience from the middle ages”

The front staff is unprofessional, the rooms are smelly, beds are sunken toiletries are supplied for one guest, tea /coffee condiments lack variety, the worst hotel experience ever.The reception area needs a total revamp as well as the elevators to the rooms.

“Not impressed”

the breakfast was not appealing at all we ate the same menu for three days, we didn't have the microwave in our rooms (302,303,306,331), we didn't have the cutlery and when we asked for the braai area, we were referred to the beach. Please improve!!!
