How to Apply

1. Prepare Your Documents: Visit our office with all required documents.
2. Document Verification: We’ll review your documents to ensure completeness and that they meet the embassy’s current requirements.
3. Appointment Booking: We help you book your appointment at the Russian Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
4. Visit 1 — Biometrics (Abu Dhabi): You attend the Russian Embassy in Abu Dhabi in person to give your biometric data and submit your application. You must do this yourself. The embassy issues you a QR code at this appointment, which you use to track your application status yourself.
5. Visit 2 — Collect Your Passport (Abu Dhabi): You return to the Russian Embassy in Abu Dhabi in person to collect your new passport.
